Poly Real Estate (Group) Co., Ltd. (ticker symbol SH600048, web site: www.polycn.com ) is a large state-owned real estate company held by China Poly Group, a major operation platform of China Poly Group real estate business, and a national first-class qualified real estate development company. On July 31, 2006, its shares were listed on the Shanghai Stock Exchange, thus entitled the company the first real estate enterprise resuming the IPO market after the share division reform. Since January 2007, the company has selected "Shanghai Stock 50", "Shanghai Stock 180", "Shanghai and Shenzhen Stock 300" and "Chinastock 100" index sample shares. By 31st December 2008, its total asset has reached 53.6 billion Yuan, 31% increasing from the end of last year.
